FOLLOW-UP ASSESSMENT
The primary purpose of the School-Age Child Care Staff training
was to provide you with information, procedures, and materials
you can use in training your staff members to increase the effectiveness
of your school-age child care program.
To improve future workshops, it is important to receive your honest
responses about the training. The questionnaire takes about 15
minutes to answer. All responses to this questionnaire are anonymous
and confidential. Please mark the ONE BEST ANSWER to each question,
