FOLLOW-UP ASSESSMENT

The primary purpose of the School-Age Child Care Staff training was to provide you with information, procedures, and materials you can use in training your staff members to increase the effectiveness of your school-age child care program.

To improve future workshops, it is important to receive your honest responses about the training. The questionnaire takes about 15 minutes to answer.
